Long summer days and warm summer nights bring our barbeque menus to life.

From a small friendly gathering to weddings or a corporate hospitality event, a barbeque can be the quickest and most economical option and of course everyone likes to smell the barbeque and watch someone else doing the cooking.

Hog Roasts

Our local butcher delivers the very best in free range pigs. It is then slowly roasted in our purpose built machine to create that perfect mouth watering crispy crackling and succulent pork.

Unlike some others, we prepare the pig and cook it fully on site for around 6 to 8 hours. With a glass side to the machine your guests have the chance to see the pig while cooking and when cooked, to continue with the theatre the pig is raised and carved whilst our staff are on hand to serve your guests.
